With the shuttering of Distinctive Properties and the retirement of Eugene Brown, Jay and Jean formed Distinctive Homes of the Triangle as a virtual company. Combined they have over 40 years experience as REALTORS in the Triangle.
I have been and agent in the area for over 15 years and a resident of Durham since 1984. I moved to Durham from Richmond the marketing director of the hometown bank Central Carolina Bank. For the last several years I was with Distinctive Properties. In the early 90’s I was on the founding board of Downtown Durham Inc. and have watched the evolution of the area with great pride.
